However, a not so good news is that like S8, the S9 will continue to have a single camera equipped with it, and not a dual one. It will be exciting to see that what innovation Samsung will introduce this year. Coupled with Snapdragon 845 processor, Samsung’s new flagship phone is set to be a blockbuster in 2018.
2. OnePlus 6
OnePlus has been known for creating high end phones at relatively low prices. While the 5T was definitely a hit last year, we will have to wait till March for the 6 as there are no trust-able leaks yet.
3. Iphone 2018

4. Augmented Reality (AR)
Most of us out here already know already know about VR. While till date it is being looked upon as the future, it has a competition,AR so what is augmented reality exactly ? Well it is a much more efficient system than VR. It can use realtime data from just one camera and incorporates AI and machine learning at a far lesser cost than VR. While it is a very new field it is already a hot field but no where near saturation.
5. LG 8k TV
8k scenes by dell do exist but they require expensive hi end computers that the average man can’t afford. Therefore they were not practical enough to be an consumer product. This all magically changed when LG announced their flagship of 8k TVs coming this year. while it is still unclear as to how telecom companies will manage this the product will definitely allow everyone to enjoy killer quality of image.
6. Coding Toys for Kids
We all use computers, but it is amazing to see how many people don’t know about their root. A computer is basically a very complicated calculator. It has to be given every step beforehand. While most of the people today don’t know how to code, it is important that our next generation learns this language of the future. A few good ones are Lego Boost Robotics, Sphero SPRK+, and KANO.
7. Year of the bots !
We will start to see robots in our house. Robots such as robotic vacuum cleaner are already popular but we will start to see robots that can do a whole lot more. Personal robotic assistants, cooking robots, robotic butlers are just a few. We will have to see what ces 2018 brings.
8. Rollable TV
LG Display has made a 65-inch rollable OLED TV. A 4K TV you can roll up like a sheet of high-tech paper. This is not science fiction ! (seriously) LG has announced that they are going to show the prototype this year at ces 2018.
Why would you want to roll up a TV? Well, it obviously makes for easier storage and transportation, but more than anything else, it still remains a distinctly sci-fi concept. Being flexible enough to roll, the display panel becomes more organic and natural. The format lends it the properties of a painting canvas or a (very big) sheet of paper. No one knows much about it but they will show it at ces this year and can see it for ourselves.
